Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 stick oleo or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick oats

YUM! YUM! YUM! The perfect comfort food!!

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large sauce pan.
Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter until peanut butter melts.
Add oatmeal. Mix well.
Drop quickly onto waxed paper about 1 tsp per cookie.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
