1/2 c. bread crumbs - soft 1/4 c. milk 1 egg 2 tbsp. grated onion 2 tbsp. grated cheese 1 tsp. salt / pepper 1/2 lb. ground beef
Place all ingredients in bowl and form into balls pour 2 tbsp. cooking oil into frying pan. Place meatballs in hot frying pan and brown through about 10 minutes. Put in gravy or pasta sauce and serve hot or cold
