2 c. sugar (I use Splenda)
2 c. vinegar
2 c. water
3 qt. peeled, sliced cucumbers
1 lg. onion, sliced into rounds
salt / pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar, vinegar and water until sugar dissolves.
Peel and slice the cucumbers very thin
Slice the onion very thin
Place cucumbers and onions in a sealable bowl
Pour sugar mixture over top
Add salt and pepper to taste
Chill in refrigerator
