3 lbs confectioners sugar; 1 lb butter; 2 lbs peanut butter (crunchy or creamy); 1 t vanilla; 2-12oz bags of chocolate chips; 1/2 bar paraffin
Melt butter and mix in peanut butter in a sauce pan. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Make into small balls. In a separate pan melt chocolate chips and paraffin and mix well. Take a toothpick and poke into each ball, dip in the chocolate, leaving just the top uncovered. Place on wax paper and refrigerate. Keeps well in the freezer.
