1/2 c cheddar 1/2 c Roquefort 1/2 c cream cheese 1 T butter 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c chopped walnuts 1/2 c chopped parsley 1/2 t paprika few grains of cayenne
Soften and blend three cheeses; add the butter, Worcestershire, walnuts, paprika and cayenne and shape into a large ball. Roll in parsley and chill. Serve surrounded by a variety of crackers. Serves 10-12.
