14 chocolate sandwich cookies
2 cups cold milk
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 cups thawed whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies in zip-lock bag with rolling pin. Pour milk in bowl; add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken. Stir in whipped topping. Gradually stir in 1 cup of crushed cookies. Top with remaining cookies. Refrigerate.

Can be garnished with gummy worms. You also can make a vanilla version and garnish with beach umbrella, etc.
