Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup water
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla
6 marshmallows cut in squares

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, cream of tartar, salt and water to boil
Cook until sugar dissolve. Add to beaten egg whites and marshmallows beating constantly until it forms peaks.
Add vanilla to taste
