2 large chicken breasts
2 beaten eggs
Italian bread crumbs
Oil to brown crumbs
2 cans sliced mushrooms
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups mozzarella
2 cups cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into approximately 1" pieces, dip in egg wash then roll in bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in oil, Place in casserole. Top with mushrooms, cheeses and broth.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
