2 lbs. southern style hash browns, defrosted
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in 9x13 casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
