8 lbs of Sirloin or Arm Roast
(whichever is on sale)
1/2 bottle of McCormick Broiled Steak Seasoning Salt
2 cloves of garlic - split into toes
2 8oz bottle of Johnny's French Dip Au Jus Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Puncture meat with large knife and insert "lots" of garlic toes.
Rub meat with McCormick Broiled Steak Seasoning. Sprinkle with quite a bit of black pepper. Put meat in crock pot for 12 hours or I like to but in oven and cover with and roast for 4 - 5 hours at 300
