1 large head of Romaine lettuce
1 large tomato, chopped
1 large avocado, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
3-4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
6 slices of bacon, fried & crumbled

Dressing:
3/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tsp. sugar
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place Romaine lettuce in bottom of 9x13 glass dish. Chop all other veggies. Arrange veggies, blue cheese and bacon on top of lettuce. Prepare dressing. Add dressing to dish before serving.
