1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks, or 1 egg
1 tbsp. corn starch
2 c. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, whisk ingredients together. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is thickened, or about 10 minutes. During last few minutes, stir constantly to prevent sticking.
Pour into container and refrigerate for up to a week.
