2 tbsp. butter,
2 tbsp. cocoa,
1 c. sugar,
3 tbsp. flour,
3 eggs, separated,
1 c. milk,
pinch salt,
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa, and flour in saucepan. Stir in milk and beaten egg yolks. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in butter, vanilla, and pinch of salt. Pour in baked pie shell. Beat egg whites, gradually adding 6 tablespoons sugar. Put on top of pie. Bake until goldened brown at 425.
