2 lbs. beef, cut into 1" cubes 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 can Cream Mushroom soup 1 can (10 oz) whole mushrooms 1/2 c. red wine (undrained)
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake at 300º F for three hours in a covered dish (or crock pot). Don't peek for at least three hours. Continue cooking uncovered for last 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
