1-tube of Pillsbury sugar cookie dough

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. lemon juice

1-can pineapple chunks in juice
1- can manderine oranges
strawberries or raspberries

1/2 c. manderine orange juice, from the can of oranges
3/4 c. pineapple juice, from the can of pineapple
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 T. corn starch

Spread all of cookie dough on round pizza pan about 1/2 inch thick. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

While crust is cooking make glaze. Put all ingredients for glaze in a pan and cook on med.-med high allowing to boil and thicken. Stir the whole time while cooking so it doesn't stick to the pan.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice and spread on cooled crust.

Arrange fruit in circle pattern over cream cheese layer. Spoon glaze all over fruit so it covers the whole top of fruit layer. Chill

Best if made the day before.
