2 small boxes raspberry Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold water (use the drained pineapple juice for part of the water...add water to make 1.5 cups)
1 can mandarin oranges
1 16-oz can pineapple chunks or tid-bits, drained
1 16-oz can jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water & pineapple juice and chill until thickened. Add mashed cranberry sauce, oranges, pineapple and nuts. Keep cold until ready to serve. Delicious and very refreshing. Especially good with Thanksgiving dinner!!!!
