1 whole pork loin

Jezebele Sauce:
12 oz. jar Pineapple Jam
10 oz. jar Apple Jelly
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. prepared Horseradish (a little more to taste!)
Mix sauce well and heat (on stove or in microwave). Serve sauce warm with cooked pork.

Marinade 1 whole pork loin in Zesty Italian Salad Dressing (all day in refrigerator). I put this in a large ziplock plastic bag; turn several times.

Cook pork on the grill. Test with meat thermometer for doneness.

Serve with warm Jezebele Sauce. Store any leftover sauce in the refrigerator to use for next time.
