2 finely chopped green onions
1 8-oz. package cream cheese - softened
1 can flaked crab meat - cartilage removed
2 large, ripe avocados
2 cups alfalfa sprouts
2 tsp. lemon juice
Thousand Island dressing
2 dashes white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place alfalfa sprouts in bottom of 2 salad bowls. Peel avocados, cut in two, remove seed. Set on top of sprouts. Mix cream cheese, crab meat, lemon juice, white pepper and green onion. Fill avocado halves with mixture, top with dressing.
