Ingredients:  
a container of strawberries, raspberries or blackberries
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 t. sugar
1 ice cube
2 bottles of sparkling wine or champagne

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend the fruit, lemon juice, and sugar with the ice cube until you have a puree.

2. Pour about 1/2 inch of puree into each champagne flute, then slowly pour in the champagne and gently stir. Serve immediately.
