1 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
¾ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt.
¾ c. melted butter

32 unwrapped caramels
5-6 T. milk

8 Hershey’s bars

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 6 ingredients in a 9x13 inch pan. Add butter and press into the pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350º. It should be brown around the edges. Let cool.

Melt the caramels and milk in the microwave. Stir after every minute. Do not let this burn. Pour over cool baked crust.

Lay the Hershey's bars over hot caramel once they are shiny, smooth chocolate. Allow these to cool and harden again before serving.
