4 to 6 pork chops
flour to coat pork chops

1 large onion, chopped
2 c. sliced potatoes

2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can of cream of celery soup

Directions:
Directions:

Coat pork chops with flour, brown in skillet and set aside.

Layer potatoes and onions in a baking dish. Add salt and pepper.

Stir soup well and pour over potatoes. Lay browned pork chops on top of potatoes and bake about 1 hour at 350.
