1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 pkg. sugar-free orange jello
1 container fat-free Cool Whip
2 small cans Mandarin oranges
2 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Add boiling water to pudding and mix well. Stir in jello and mix well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Drain oranges and add to Cool Whip. Stir mixture into pudding; cover and refrigerate until set.
