1 lb. crab meat
2 slices bread, in small pieces, crust removed, moistened with milk
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 cup cracker meal (for coating crab cakes)

Mix ingredients, shape into crab cakes. Squeeze out the excess moisture and roll each crab cake in cracker meal. Fry quickly until brown.
