1/3 cup butter
2 T flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
3 T light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup pecans halves

2 unbaked pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate together. Let cool. Beat eggs until light with an electric mixer. Add flour and beat well. Add syrup, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Mix well. Add butter and chocolate mixture and nuts. Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until top is crusty. Let rest in oven with door open about 10 minutes (unless you have small children around then take them out and set them on top of stove) Serve warm with ice cream or cool whip.
