4 medium potatoes sliced thin
1 1/2 lb ground beef
3 med. onions sliced thin
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 TBS butter
1 can beef broth
2 TBS parsley

Directions:
Directions:
place 1/3 potatoes in bottom of electric skillet. Top with 1/2 ground beef, 1/2 onions, repeat. Top with ketchup
