1/2 Cup Butter
3 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
Salt, Few Grains
Liquid, Hot Water, 4 to 5 Tblsp.
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar and cocoa gradually, mixing until well blended, add salt. Mix liquid a little at a time, adding just enough to give a good spreading consistency. Beat until fluffy, add vanilla or other flavoring. Makes enough frosting for tops and sides of Two 8" layers, One 9X13" layer or two dozen cupcakes.
