1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks or 3 egg whites
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
yellow food coloring
2 c. whipped topping or whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with milk, lemon juice and food coloring. Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 30 minutes. Cool. Chill. Spread with whipped cream.
