2 egg whites
1/4 t. salt
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut or chopped pecans
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275. Put egg whites in small mixer bowl and beat until frothy. Add salt and continue beating until egg whites form soft peaks. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until mix holds soft peaks. Add pecans or coconut and vanilla. Drop by rounded teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet 1 1/2 inches apart. bake until lightly brown around edges.
