1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
garlic powder

Put marinade in large plastic bag and marinate all day.

One package of two pork tenderloins

Currant Jelly Sauce for Meat:
1 10 oz jar of currant jelly
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. sherry
3 T Dijon mustard
Thicken with 1 T. cornstarch
Simmer for 2 minutes and serve at room temperature....I also serve this with apple sauce and add horseradish sauce to the apple sauce.
