4 eggs
3/4 C oil
1/2 C melted butter
3 C flour plus 2 T.
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 T. cinnamon
2 C sugar
2 C blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix together eggs, oil and melted butter. In another bowl stir flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Add dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Mix . Add blueberies. Batter will be thick. Pour into 5 minature lightly greased bread pans. ( I buy 5 Handi Foil Mini Loaf Pans that you throw away after each use.) Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes or until toothpick test is clean.
