3 T. hoisin sauce
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. chinese rice wine or dry sherry
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. Chinese five spice powder
1/2 salt
2 T. honey
1 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first 6 ingredients in small bowl. Transfer to large resealable plastic bag. Add lamb, seal bag and turn to coat. Marinate over night. Grill lamb to your desired doneness.Transfer to platter. Stir honey and water on stove until warm and brush over lamb before serving....I think this marinade would work for Pork Tenderloin too.

I had this at a dinner party and it was wonderful. She served it with a Thai spicy cold noodle salad, and cabbage/broccolli, apple, nut, cranberry salad with Marzetti's coleslaw dressing, and French Bread
