4 lbs. ground beef or venison
4 t. liquid smoke
1 t. garlic salt
1 t. mustard seed
1 t. course black pepper
6 T. Morton tender curing salt
1 c. water
1 t. onion flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in the refrigerator. On the 2nd and 3rd morning of refrigeration take ingredients and mix well. On the 4th morning, pack ingredients in ungreased empty aluminum cans (both ends of the cans should be cut out). Cans should be placed in the broiler pan so that the grease can drip out. Bake at 300 for 2 hours.
