2 c. flour 1/2 c. milk 2 t. baking powder 2 eggs 1/2 t. soda 1/4 T. softened butter 1 t. salt 1 c. chopped pecans 1 t. cinnamon 1/2 t. nutmeg 1 c. pumpkin 1 c. sugar
Preheat oven to 350º. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices. Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs in mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
