Directions:
Boil pasta according to package directions
While pasta is cooking, mince onion, chop jar of roasted red peppers and jar or antipasto - olives, red peppers, and pepperoncini peppers and place in a separate bowl. Mix this with the Italian dressings and marinade.

Drain pasta and mix the bowl of onions, pepper's, olives and marinade with warm, drained pasta. Let sit until almost cool. Chop up pepperoni. Add pepperoni and Ranch dressing/dip and cheese. Immediately cool in the refrigerator.

Suggestions: You can also add assorted fresh peppers as opposed to the roasted red peppers. This adds more color to the salad.
