1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 10 oz. bottle 7 Up

Filling:
2 eggs
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lemon cake mix, lemon pudding mix, 4 eggs, oil and 7 Up together. Bake in 4 layers at 325 (time according to cake box directions).

Mix filling ingredients together over low heat until mixture thickens, add desired amount of coconut. If more filling is desired, add another 1/2 cup of sugar and another small can of pineapple.

After cake is out of the oven and cool, divide filling into 4 parts and place between each layer and on top.
