1 stick margarine or butter
1 tsp. peppermint extract
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk, may need more
3 drops pastel food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter less one tbsp. Add the peppermint extract. Work in the powdered sugar with one tbsp. milk (may need more). Add food coloring.

Press into candy molds to harden. Leave overnight. Turn out on paper towels. Change towels several times to absorb butter.
