2 double graham crackers crushed
2 tsp. low calorie margarine

Filling:
1 pkg. sugar free chocolate pudding mix (instant)
1 3/4 cups skim milk
6 tsp. peanut butter
1/2 cup whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and mix with crushed graham crackers. Press into 8" pie pan.

Mix filling ingredients together and beat with mixer about 3 minutes. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Although Mom did not note low calorie graham crackers, peanut butter or whipped topping in the ingredient list, I am certain that she used those. Find a combination you like!
