2 1/2 lbs. cream cheese
1 3/4 cups sugar
5 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon

Graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into graham cracker crust.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Decrease heat to 225 and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn off oven but leave in oven another 30-45 minutes.
