1 cup powdered milk
3/4 cup sugar
3 T melted margarine
1/3 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend at high speed until thick and creamy. Can be used immediately or will store in refrigerator for weeks.

Many times I couldn't get condensed milk. This recipe was given to me by a fellow missionary wife.
