5 lbs gound beef
5 tsp rock salt - crushed
1 T crushed red pepper
2 T mustard seed
2 T garlic salt
3 T liquid smoke
3 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Form into 6 rolls, wrap in foil. Punch holes in bottom of foil and place on oven rack with pan on lower rack to catch drippings. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 F.
