6 egg whites
2 1/2 T cold water
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
3 T sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Add 2 1/2 T cold water to egg whites. Beat until frothy,, then add pinch of salt, cream of tartar, and vanilla. Beat until very stiff. Add sugar and beat until stiff enough to form peaks. Place on pie and bake at 325 F until lightly browned.
