1 #cheddar cheese shredded
1 # Monterey jack cheese shredded
1/2 C jalapeno blended (like Grandma H blends them for tacos) That is really spicy. You might reduce that amount if you don't like it so spicy.
1 13oz can evaporated milk
1/2 C flour





Directions:

Mix altogether and bake in 9x13 pan @350 for 45 minutes.
