1 cup baking cocoa
1 T. cornstarch
1 cup cold water
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa and cornstarch well; add cold water and stir until smooth . Boil sugar and 1 cup of water to a syrup. Stir in cocoa mixture. Cook slowly, stirring for 10 minutes. Cool; add vanilla. Store in a jar in fridge.
