1 1/2 cup oat bran
1 cup flour
1 cup flaxseed, ground
1 cup wheat bran
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup blueberries


1/2 cup flour
6 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoon butter

In large bowl combine oat bran, flour, flaxseed, wheat bran, baking powder & salt.

In blender combine brown sugar, buttermilk, oil, eggs & baking soda. Blend well. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Stir in blueberries. Divide batter among muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with crumbled topping. Bake 15-20 minutes in 375 oven.

The original recipe did not have blueberries but 2 oranges, quartered, seeded and blended with the liquid ingredients in blender. It also had 1 1/2 C. golden raisins. Below are nutrition facts for that recipe.
