Filling:
4 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 or 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup water

Topping:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix filling ingredients and place in a greased 11 x 7 pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over filling. Bake 35 minutes at 375, uncovered. Serve warm
