1# ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 16 oz. can diced tomatoes with green pepper and spices
1 large green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup quick cooking long grain rice, uncooked
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain, if necessary. Mix all other ingredients except cheddar cheese and combine with beef. Place in a 2 quart casserole and bake, covered, at 375 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Uncover and top with cheese; return to oven and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
