1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 T. prepared mustard
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp thyme
Pork Roast

Directions:
Directions:
Make a marinade of the first six ingredients. Put the roast in a plastic bag and pour the marinade over the roast. Close the bag and refrigerate overnight. Remove the roast from the marinade. Roast uncovered at 325 F for 2 1/2to 3 hours. During the last hour of cooking occasionally baste wtih reserved marinade.
