1/3 lb pork breakfast sausages per person
1 apple for every two people served (or one per person if you like)

Fried apples:
1 apple
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp granulated sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Broil pork breakfast sausages in oven until well browned (or fry if you prefer).

Fried Apples:
Core each apple and cut into 1/4" rings. Dip in egg and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Fry slowly until lightly browned and tender.

Serve with your favorite egg dish, ie., scrambled, omelette or
au gratin is best.
