3 28oz cans of Rotel diced tomatoes w/green chili's
1 2lb block of Velveeta
2 Cloves of Garlic crushed
1 Large Red Onion
Crushed Red Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tomatoes VERY WELL (this juice makes a great spicy juice for chili or soup) Saute onion & garlic until onions are transparent. Add drained tomatoes and crushed red pepper to taste. Heat through. Dice velveeta on top - try not to stir until cheese is mostly melted. Stir until all cheese is melted. !mui bien! fantastico
