Ingredients: London Broil or stew meat
vegetable oil
seasoning of choice (we use Santa Maria Seasoning)
taco shells
tomatoes
lettuce
onion
refried beans
...whatever you desire

Directions: |
Directions:Cut London Broil into small chunks approximately 1/2" squares or substitute with stew meat. Put meat into skillet or pot and add vegetable oil to cover bottom of skillet or pot. Add seasoning of choice (we use Santa Maria Seasoning). Cook with lid off. Preference put in taco shells &/or make into burritos, Add lettuce, tomatoes and onions...whatever you desire.

Notes: Duane and Tony are always flying or driving to the farm to help mom out with special projects that she would like done and to spend time with her. The things that they do are so very much appreciated by her and Dewey. In the summer he has that lawn manicured like a golf course and he walks around the property singing and talking to the animals. Of course the animals enjoy the special attention he pays to them and you will probably see him on the lower 5 kicking up rocks for the ducks so they can have a worm fest. Thank you both so much for all you do! Mom looks forward to you coming and she probably has a new list of things for you to do on her honey do list....
Duane is the one in the family I believe looks most like dad did.
